Before your appointment

NEW CLIENTS:
All new clients will receive two emails after making their first appointment. One email will have a link to our intake form and one email will have a link to our appointment policy. Before we approve the appointment, both forms will need to be completed. Please be sure to complete these within one hour of your appointment request. Both forms can be completed electronically in just a few minutes.

Last-minute cancellations affect us as a small business. If you need to reschedule for any reason, please be mindful that our 48-hour cancellation policy will apply. No exceptions.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR APPOINTMENT:

  1. Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes to your scheduled appointment time. 15-minutes late is considered a no-show and billed accordingly. Please see our 48-hour cancellation policy for any questions.

  2. If you arrive early, please wait in our lobby or the hallway until we are ready for you. The door may be locked if we are finishing with a client. We will be with you as soon as we are ready.

APPOINTMENT POLICY:
Your appointments are reserved especially for you. Clients will be charged in full for a no show or cancellation within 48 hours of their scheduled appointment.  If an appointment needs to be changed, please let us know 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment (example, lash lift needs to be changed to a brow wax).  Clients are required to leave a card on file to book future appointments.  15 minutes late is considered a no show. We appreciate your understanding regarding our Appointment Policy and do not make exceptions..


REFEUND POLICY:

There are no refunds on retail items sold, class spots reserved, or services rendered; this includes allergic reactions and retention of extensions. There is no guarantee on any service. Results vary from client to client.


GENERAL PRODUCT WARNINGS:

All products are for external use only. Use only as directed. It is the user's responsibility to use the products in the manner in which they're intended. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a physician. Sweet P Beauty Inc. and the brands it retails are not responsible for injury or irritation with product use.


ALLERGEN INFORMATION:

Ingredients are listed for every product on the product and/or the retail brands website. It is the user's responsibility to be aware of personal allergens.


CANDLE WARNING:

To prevent fire and serious injury: Always burn candle within sight. Keep wax free of matches, wick trimming, and other flammable materials. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Keep wick centered and trimmed to 1/4” and discontinue use when 1/2” of wax remains to prevent heat damage. Never touch or move a hot candle and avoid drafts. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Burn at your own risk.

When booking an appointment, you agree to indemnify and hold Sweet P Beauty Inc. and it's estheticians, cosmetologists, and/ or contracted employees harmless from any and all liability, claims, costs, and Attorney's fees arising out of any service provided or purchased products.  All services will be performed with the utmost attention, safety + proper application using tools + products that they have been trained and/ or licensed to use and perform.  This also applies for products purchased.
